Intentional, Intuitive Therapeutic Care

My journey into massage therapy grew from a long-standing interest in how the body holds and responds to stress. After several years working in Human Resources, I felt naturally drawn toward a more hands-on path in wellness and therapeutic care.

My approach is shaped by both experience and intuition, blending different techniques to support each person in a way that feels intentional and tailored. I was first inspired by the effects of massage through my own experience—especially Brazilian lymphatic drainage—and since then, I’ve been dedicated to creating sessions that help people feel lighter, more balanced, and more at ease in their bodies.

Outside of my work, I’m inspired by travel, discovering new places, and slowing down in nature—especially near the ocean. I also have a deep appreciation for food and wine, and love exploring new restaurants and flavours whenever I can. There’s something grounding about good food, good wine, and good company that feels just as restorative as a well-spent day off.

And then there’s Maple—my dog and loyal sidekick—who takes her role very seriously, especially when it comes to walks, snacks, and making sure I never have too much personal space.
